Favorite Audio Books

I have listened to quite a few books on audio, and I have to say I love Audible a lot. I read more printed and e-book stories, but I have had the pleasure of listening to a story. I enjoyed all the books I have read, but three books stood out to me and became favorites. I have already posted reviews to all three, so I will mainly talk about the audio aspect that I liked.

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe

Lin-Manuel Miranda did a fantastic job of portraying Aristotle. I was literally mesmerized by his take on the character and his voice and tone. It felt very authentic and exactly how I would picture him. He brought the character to life for me and really sold the comedy. I would have fallen in love with this book regardless, but the audio version really brought it home for me,

Traitor’s Blade

I would not have picked up this book if not for the audiobook. And now I am going to buy the whole series. This book was AMAZING as an audiobook. The voice actor brought this story to life for me. I was always laughing and intrigued by the intense action scenes. There was nothing like getting to actually hear the characters sarcasm and smart ass mouth. I can’t wait to listen to the rest.

This was a great series to start in audiobook form and finish the rest in a physical copy. The first felt like a long story but getting to listen to it was so fun and enjoyable. The voice actors made me fall in love with the world and the characters, and this has one of the best romances between Corielle. I am so excited to now finish this series.
