I have really been hitting my book-stride lately. And let’s be honest, that is the exact opposite of a bookworm problem.
My problem is I want to read them all at once.
I was completely wrapped up in all of the Anna drama when I got a alert from my library saying one of my books, which I had been reading on and off and was about half way through, was due soon. That got moved to the top of the list and Hausfrau got pushed back a bit.
Meanwhile, I was talking to a co-worker about our spring decluttering projects (she lives with a pack-rat), the conversation moved to The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up which I graciously told her she could borrow. On my way home I realized that I should probably read it first, in case it disappears (this has happened to all of us, hasn’t it?). So I started that one up too.
On the audio front, I started I’ll Give You the Sun on Audible and then, after hearing about it for the millionth time, I decided to give Scribd a try. And, Holy Shit! There are a ton of books on there and every new book was something new and shiny, I then spend the next two or three hours getting lost in their available books.
I had to listen to Allegiant (I have was about half way through the ebook before I got distracted) and then I had to check out Four, because at this point, why not. Then I moved on to American Gods (which has been on my TBR for a long time). I am not sure when I will get back to I’ll Give You the Sun. One of these days.
Have you had any #bookworm problems lately?
I am linking up over at Quirky Bookworm. Head over and see what other problems are plaguing the bookish.
